On Friday 11th October students from Scoil Mhuire, Crana College, Moville Community College, and Carndonagh Community School gathered in the Aras in Carndonagh School for the Erasmus+ StagePass Multiplier.

Last year Transition Year students from Carndonagh and Moville joined forces along with students from Northern Ireland, Poland, and the Netherlands to take part in StagePass – a project which aims to connect people through music. This year it is the turn of Scoil Mhuire and Crana College.

IDP has the lead on the Erasmus project along with our European partners and it was just lovely to see the excitement in the Carndonagh Community School as past StagePass students told the new cohort what they have in store, before finishing with two thrilling performances from Moville and Carndonagh pupils.

Also joining us on the day were Italian students from the North West Academy and our IDP Chairperson Helen Nolan.
A huge thanks to John McGuinness, principal of Carndonagh Community School, for hosting the event and to Moville Community College music teacher Geraldine Cavanagh and Carndonagh Community School Transition Year Coordinator Elaine Farren.
